Tablescapes for Easter...

I am one of those incredibly lucky people whose husband is a chef.

For dinner parties or special occasions,
 I get the all important task 

of making sure the table looks great, 

while he cooks.
I know...it's rough!

 It is a tradition that works for us.

Here is some inspiration;
These tables do not have bunnies or eggs, 

but they are beautiful tablescapes.
As a rule, I always have fresh flowers, 
some accessories,
(candles, moss, shells, mercury glass, etc ...)
be creative,
a table cloth, or my favorite, a long fabric table runner
and I love cloth napkins.
An elegant table does not necessarily have to consist of
 matching flatware
or
dishes.
You can mix them up or use what you have.
The flowers, accessories and matching napkins will anchor your table.
