Time To Get Some Spring On!

I know, it's only the end of February...

but today from where I sit,

it looks and sounds like spring outside.

I just saw my first Forsythia bush in bloom.

I know it will change in a day or so,

but today:

Spring is in the air!

Carry some fluers all day!

Put some pillows on the sofa!

Yellow = Sunshine!

Grip some Ginko Gold!

Remind yourself of lovely thoughts all day!

Toss this sweet one on the bed!

So if tomorrow is gray, you still have a reminder...

Spring is on the way!

Just Playing!

I call this,

"Poppy Illusions".

It's an eclectic mix,

I LOVE pillows, in fact, I used to hand paint them for exclusive retailers.

In my opinion, they are the perfect accessory!

You add color, art or change a room"s mood and appearance with the toss

of a few great pillows.

Pillow Talk!

This past weekend, I completed a project that had been on my

 "to do" list for a while.

I replaced some tired pillow covers with updated, french script fabric.

I used the old cover for a template and sewed together the new fabric for...
ta-dah... refreshed looking cushions!

It was so fast and easy, I wondered why it had taken me so long.

Pillows and Paint... two of the best accessory updates ever invented!
